Washington, DC—Today, Congressman Jim Renacci (OH-16) announced that registration for businesses interested in participating in his upcoming job fair has closed. Originally set to be open through June 15, registration has closed early due to the overwhelming business response and space constraints at the event’s locale.

“I am pleased to be able to host 61 employers who will be offering more than 1,000 jobs,” Congressman Renacci said. “All of us have been impacted in some way by the economic downturn, and I feel honored to have the opportunity to help match job seekers in the district with businesses looking to hire.”

The job fair will be held in the McKinley Room of the Canton Memorial Civic Center from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, June 27. There is no cost to businesses or job seekers and free parking will be provided.
