Flag Orders

You can order a flag by calling our Washington D.C. office or by downloading the Flag Request Form. You may either fax the form to the fax number listed, email it to katelynn.anderson@mail.house.gov, or mail it to the address at the bottom of the request form. The appropriate form of payment should also be mailed to the address listed at the bottom of the request form. Please allow at least three to four weeks for your flag to be processed and delivered. If you want special arrangements for your flag, please specify this during your order.
