Cheyenne Police Officer Dan Long, also a captain in the Wyoming Army National Guard and commander of the 197th Public Affairs Detachment, speaks with a motorist who was pulled over for allegedly not having current registration, Sept. 1, 2012. More than 10 percent of the officers of the Cheyenne Police Department also serve as National guardsmen. All, but one of those officers, serve in the Wyoming National Guard.
