Assistance receiving her late husband's
military decorations

Below you will find a list of agencies that I can help you with. However, regardless of which agency you need help with, I need a completed privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. I will also need a completed casework request form to process your case.
Please keep in mind that while my office can act as a liaison between a constituent and a federal agency, in noway can my office circumvent the laws, regulations, and procedures set forth by federal law. However, we may act on your behalf to ensure that your case is handled appropriately, efficiently, and in a manner consistent with your rights as a citizen of the United States.
