Cravaack Meets with Duluth Area Entrepreneurs & Job Creators

Washington, D.C. – The other day, U.S. Representative Chip Cravaack (MN) visited with the folks at Greystar Electronics in Duluth to tour the facility and learn how increased production of their airport security systems will mean more jobs for Minnesotans and Duluth area residents.  That day, Rep. Cravaack also met with representatives from Duluth Metals.

“This might help facilitate passengers going through security lines, and that’s why we are here to take a look at that.  If this is brand new technology that I can help bring onboard to the TSA and create jobs right here in Duluth – that’s hopefully what I can do,” said Rep. Cravaack.

Congressman Cravaack serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee – where he is Vice Chair of the Aviation Subcommittee – the Homeland Security Committee, and the Science, Space and Technology Committee.  The 8th Congressional District covers 18 counties in Northeast Minnesota.
