Meehan Job Fair Attracts Over 600 Job Seekers

Springfield, PA – Over 600 residents from the 7th Congressional District today attended a Job Fair hosted by U.S. Rep. Patrick Meehan (PA-07) held in conjunction with Penn State Brandywine. Over 30 employers from across the region participated in today’s job fair.

“Today was a great success that I hope will result in many new opportunities for those seeking employment in our district,” said Meehan. “I had the opportunity to visit with many of the jobs seekers today. These are hard working folks who are eager to start earning a paycheck again. I want to thank all of the employers that participated today and especially Penn State Brandywine for joining me to host this event.”

Crozer-Keystone Health Systems, Boeing, UPS, Wawa and NextDocs Corporation are just a few of the employers that participated in today’s job fair. Click here for a complete list.

Jobs seekers also learned about resources available through Delaware County Career Link, Clarifi, DeVry University, and Penn State Brandywine.
