LATHAM HONORED FOR HIS SUPPORT OF IOWA MANUFACTURING & JOBSThe nation’s largest manufacturing association recognized Iowa Congressman Tom Latham Friday for his support of policies critical to the success of manufacturing in Iowa and across the United States. The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) presented its Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence to Congressman Latham Friday morning at an event hosted by Cargill AgHorizons in Council Bluffs. Congressman Latham was recognized for his work and support of the policies identified as critical to the success of manufacturing in Iowa and the United States during the past two years of the 112th Congress. "Working to promote manufacturing in Iowa and all across the United States is one of my top priorities and is critical to our nation's economic recovery," said Congressman Latham.
