(Aberdeen, MD) - Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) will join Harford County Executive David Craig and Aberdeen Mayor Michael Bennett on Monday, October 5, 2009, in Aberdeen to announce a new water agreement for Harford County.
