This contribution is made from my own funds with a personal credit card, and not with a corporate credit card or funds provided to me by another person. I am not a federal government contractor, nor am I a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States. I am at least 18 years old.
Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits.
NRSC Donation Refund and Cancellation Policy
All donations are final. Refunds and cancellations will be given at the discretion of the administration. An administration charge will be deducted from any refunds made in order to cover the cost of processing the donation.

When you make a contribution to the NRSC through our site, any credit card information provided is only used to immediately process your donation. The NRSC does not retain your credit card information once the donation is processed online. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving financial data from our site. In addition, our physical facilities are protected against the loss or misuse of information that we have collected from you at our site.
We use log files to assess the aggregate level of traffic on our site, including what pages people are visiting, and to diagnose any potential problems with the website. This log file does contain an “Internet Protocol” or IP address that gives us insight on the general geographic area that visitors are coming from but not information on a specific individual. We do not use log files to track a particular individual’s use of our site. All users remain anonymous unless they choose to give us personally identifiable information.
Our site contains numerous opportunities for a visitor to forward documents, photos, and messages to friends and family. Some features of our site may allow you to store addresses for easy retrieval and reuse at a later time. This information is stored for your convenience. Occasionally, we may ask a Republican Senate campaign or state party to communicate with our e-mail activists on topics of breaking news we think would be of interest to you. The NRSC may provide your email address or other personal information to authorized third parties required to deliver a particular service. These third parties may not use said information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for the NRSC.
