Soldiers take care of soldiers by donating more than $2,800 worth of toys

Volunteer’s from Santa’s Castle on Joint Base Lewis-McChord stack up hundreds of donated gifts brought in by the soldiers and Families of Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, I Corps. Santa’s Castle is a private, non-profit organization ran by community volunteers established in 1994. It provides Christmas presents to Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine, activated National Guard, Coast Guard and Reserve children. Last year Santa’s Castle on JBLM gave out more than $100,000 worth of toys, in support of over 2,300 military families. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
