U.S. Army soldiers assigned to Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah talk before a mission in Farah City for the first-ever graduation ceremony for local Afghan interns completing the RAMP UP program in support of education, governance and and capacity building initiatives in Farah province, Nov. 4. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise, and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district, and provincial levels in Farah Province Afghanistan.
