The Department of Veterans Affairs Manchester VA Regional Office is in the Norris Cotton Federal Building located at 275 Chestnut Street, Manchester, New Hampshire 03101. The office provides veterans benefits services to the entire State of New Hampshire which has a veteran population of 131,074 and provides Loan Guaranty benefits to all of New England to include New York State (population 2,500,000). The Regional Office is the 40th largest RO and has 68 employees on duty.

Quarterly visit in the northern region of New Hampshire (Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor)

The American Legion, DAV, VFW and State Veterans Council occupy space in this office. We are served by a VA Regional Counsel office located in this federal building, currently staffed with two attorneys and one clerical employee.
