We encourage patients and all staff, including medical staff and physicians, with recommendations, concerns or complaints to contact the Customer Relations Office in Room 4G-818 at 808-433-6336. Office is located just inside the Mountain side entrance and is open Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.
