Mission Statement
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers provide reliefs to victims of disaster and helps people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
The Mountain Empire Chapter, Chartered in 1916, serves the cities of Bristol and Norton VA, Eastern Sullivan County in TN and the Virginia Counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, and Wise. The Chapter has two locations:
