Downtown Commercial District
The Downtown Commercial District shall be defined as including commercial properties that front the following streets:

• Record Street 
• South Court Street (from West All Saints Street to West Patrick Street) 
• North Court Street (from West Patrick Street to 2nd Street) 
• North Market Street (from Patrick Street to 7th Street) 
• South Market Street (from South Street to Patrick Street) 
• South Carroll Street (from East All Saints Street to East Patrick Street) 
• North Carroll Street (from East Patrick Street to East Church Street) 
• East Street (from East Patrick Street to 3rd Street) 
• West All Saints Street (from South Bentz Street to South Market Street) 
• East All Saints Street (from South Market Street to South Carroll Street) 
• West Patrick Street (from South Bentz Street to Market Street) 
• East Patrick Street (from Market Street to East Street) 
• West Church Street (from North Bentz Street to North Market Street) 
• East Church Street (from North Market Street to East Street) 
• Council Street 
• West 2nd Street (from North Bentz Street to North Market Street) 
• East 2nd Street (from North Market Street to East Street) 
• West 3rd Street 
• East 3rd Street (from North Market Street to East Street) 
• West 4th Street 
• East 4th Street (from North Market Street to East Street)

Base Service
The base service will be for 160 gallons, collected twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday mornings (i.e., the trash must be set out Monday and Thursday nights). The weight of a bag or can cannot exceed 50 pounds. For calculating purposes, one to two trash bags will be considered equal to a 35-gallon can.

Supplemental Service
Additional (or “supplemental”) service, if required, shall be provided by the City of Frederick at an additional cost to the commercial customer. Customers requiring supplemental services will have to obtain special waste containers from the City of Frederick. For calculating purposes, one to two trash bags will be considered equal to a 35-gallon can.

All Other Areas Outside of the Downtown Commercial District
The City of Frederick will provide a curbside service to each business property. The maximum service amount shall be for 160 gallons, collected twice weekly. Customers requiring additional service will need to procure those services through a private service provider.
