The Transitional Shelter is staffed 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

                 Wednesday 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 
                 Thursday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. 
                 Friday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

The Frederick Community Action Agency may be closed on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday; President’s Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Fair Day; Veterans’ Day; Thanksgiving Day; the Day After Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Some programs, such as the Soup Kitchen, will remain open and operational even on major holidays.
