Utilities Planning 
The Utilities Planning Division develops water, sewer, and drainage master plans to help guide infrastructure development and growth of the city. This division also provides assistance with requests for Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO), water / sewer allocation, easement agreements, and drainage and flooding problems involving the city. Mapping & Surveying
The Mapping and Surveying Division provides surveying and mapping services to internal departments and outside agencies that are relative to annexation, subdivision, utilities, watersheds, and the municipal boundary. This division also maintains the city-wide control network for all surveying, mapping, and engineering as well as drawings of development plans and existing public infrastructure, including as-builts in many cases.
