Land Management Code with Supplements

The City of Frederick is pleased to announce that Supplement 8 of the Land Management Code (LMC) is now available. Hard copies may be purchased from the Planning Department at a cost of $100.00. The Land Management Code (LMC) was adopted in 2005 to serve as the City’s governing regulatory document pertaining to zoning and subdivision.
