  • Foreclosed households may qualify for settlement payment

    Oregon Home Owners Support

More than 19,000 foreclosed households in Oregon may be eligible to file a claim as a part of the National Mortgage Settlement.

To be eligible for the payment of no less than $840 from the National Mortgage Settlement, the households must have lost their homes to foreclosure between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2011. Furthermore, to qualify, households must have had a home loan that was serviced by one of the five major loan servicers that are part of the National Mortgage Settlement.
