What is a Center for Healthy Families®?
To be a Center for Healthy Families®, a Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska (LFS) location must offer services in at least two of the three LFS core competencies: Children Services, Behavioral Health and Community Services.
How Do We Help Build Strong Families?
We promote healthy family behaviors through parent education and support, family and community awareness, and early detection and intervention for improved physical and mental health. (Read how the North Omaha Center helped Tychell graduate high school.)

- Families with children ages prenatal through five residing in
- Pottawattamie County in Iowa, or
- The Fremont, NE area & surrounding communities, or
- North Omaha
