Report on Achievements
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency invested nearly $499 million in the state economy in 2011—4,690 homes and apartments. This work generated 8,300 construction jobs and $33 million of new state and local tax revenues. In all, the Agency has financed 206,000 homes and apartments worth more than $13.3 billion, to improve the affordable housing supply in all 100 counties.
