Stop Mountaintop Removal Coal Mining, Attend “Coal Country” Our kick-off showing of the film "Coal Country was a great success! Recently, more than 400 folks attended the premiere of "Coal Country," a documentary on mountaintop removal coal mining, at the Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg, VA. In addition to showing the film, Kathy Selvage, one of the activists featured in the film, attended and spoke. The evening also featured musical entertainment by Diana Jones.
