Amelia Salzman is Associate Director for Policy Outreach at the Council on Environmental Quality. Previously, she served as Senior Program Officer in charge of biodiversity, climate change, and energy at the Wallace Global Fund, and as a Senior Program Officer in the International Policy Program and World Wildlife Fund US. Ms. Salzman launched her environmental career as a trial attorney in the Policy, Legislation and Special Litigation Section of the Environment Division of the US Department of Justice. Ms. Salzman also served the Obama transition review team for the EPA.
Ms. Salzman received her JD from New York University and her BA from Brown University.
