Also take in consideration the logistics of getting those items into the theatre the biggest fact is that it's easier to ship items and more of them into Iraq than Afghanistan due to a multitude of reasons. I don't think it's an intentional -we're gonna give more to one than the other.

@ Retired Dude, The glass is half full sir. I am glad they are doing something to help our troops enjoy snacks and beverages during their tours overseas. However we cannot focus on the negative aspect or 'what should or could have been done.' Let us focus on the fact that great things are being done for even greater people.

I know it seems as though common sense isn't dictating this decision as to what goes where.... It really isn't... But having been to both countries numerous times during superbowl season... I'd have just been happy to get anything special for the occasion no matter how minor that anything may have been. I'm very comfortable knowing that someone is looking out for our bretheren. I know its a valid point but c'mon at least they are getting something. Who knows... could've been a type-o as well.

Less troops in IQ and AFG and the guys in IQ get more good stuff...figures. Hi left hand, I am right hand we are connected the same body; maybe we ought to talk. Drawdown in Iraq has been widely publicized in the news and for the last 10 years. Afghanistan is an afterthought until recently...yet more good stuff goes to Iraq. Figure this out DoD...the guys taking shots are in AFG....
