If you change your name and/or address be sure to notify the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office. You must make this notification in writing.

Voter registrations by mail applications are available at libraries, municipal buildings, and post offices, throughout the county. Also, the voter application is now available on-line. Use the link below to download the application. If you are unable to obtain a form, please call Voter Registration at (610)782-3194 to request a form be mailed to you. You may also make the change in person in the Voter Registration Office, 17 S. Seventh St., Allentown. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
