*Tax parcels subject to Upset sale will be posted starting approximately July 1st of each year. Advertising of parcels subject to Upset Sale will occur the last Friday of July for each year in the Morning Call newspaper and in the Lehigh Law Journal. Advertising will also occur the last week of July for each year in the East Penn Publishing Group Newspapers.
