The Human Resources Office is composed of three components: personnel management, risk management and training. Personnel management assists managers in the recruitment, selection, and retention of the most qualified applicants while encouraging innovation and diversity. The training component provides high quality training opportunities to County employees. Risk Management develops and provides employees of Lehigh County with health, life, dental, vision, workers' compensation and other voluntary benefits.
