Philosophy
The Lehigh County Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program recognizes the disease concept of chemical dependency and believes that early intervention is the key in overcoming addiction.
Program Description
The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program, or Single County Authority (SCA), manages federal, state and local dollars to services to help consumers in obtaining the earliest possible care for substance abuse and related problems. These services are purchased from private subcontracting agencies in Lehigh County, as well as other agencies located throughout Pennsylvania. Click on the links below to view our local providers.
