Case Management

                                                What is Intensive Case Management?

Intensive Case Management services are designed for those individuals who present with multiple needs and lack the skills or resources to meet those needs. The two primary goals of ICM are: 1) to increase client retention in and completion of drug and alcohol treatment in order to move clients toward recovery and self-sufficiency; and 2) to increase client access to core services such as psychiatric care and secure living environments.

Lehigh Valley Drug and Alcohol Intake Unit provides Intensive Case Management for Lehigh County residents with a drug and/or alcohol problem. Intensive Case Management is provided for eligible clients who need assistance in accessing ancillary services (e.g. housing, mental health, vocational/educational, medical, etc.).
