The Information and Referral Unit is the entry point for all Human Services

Professional caseworkers will:

• Listen to you and answer your questions.
• Ask questions about you, or your family member's needs.
• Tell you about options for getting help.
• We provide information about human services in the community, through County Government, and can make formal referrals to our Department's specialized offices.

Caseworkers are also available to provide assistance to seniors with benefit applications for prescription drug assistance (PACE) and State Property/Tax Rent Rebate. These forms can also be mailed at your request.
