Vendor Application


Thank you for your interest in providing goods and/or services to the County of Lehigh. The link below will redirect you to PublicPurchase.com. Lehigh County now uses Public Purchase for vendor registrations and Requests for Quotation between $1,000.00 to $24,999.99. Registration through Public Purchase is free.

Vendors will need to select the NIGP commodity code(s) that relate to their business to receive email notifications of future quoting and bidding opportunities. Vendors will also be prompted to fill out a W-9 for the County’s records. Once registration with Public Purchase is complete and activated, you will then be required to register with the Agency (Lehigh County) by using the same link, log in, click on “Select Agency”, and then click on “Register with Agency” on the right hand side of the County logo.
