This emergency license expires November 1, 2013. Public School Construction Capital Improvement Program 2013 Summary of Project Requests, Approvals and Recommendations On May 23, the Board of Public Works approved IAC's fiscal year 2013 funding for the Public School Construction Capital Improvement Program.
