Customer Service
PSD Bahrain’s Customer Service section is the first stop for most customers.  Here we resolve general pay and personnel related issues like Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA), Overseas Housing Allowances (OHA), allotments, and Leave Earning Statement (LES) issues, to name a few.  We also do NAVPERS 1070/602 (page 2) updates, process advances and answer any questions you might have.
Transfers
Transfer/Separation Section
  
PSD Bahrain’s Transfer/Separation Section is responsible for the processing of all transfer and separation for all outbound personnel on board Naval Support Activity Bahrain and 94 other tenant commands.
Service member are required to process transfer/Separation package with their respective Command Pass Liaison (CPC) in order to send documents through the Transactions Online Processing (TOPS) system.   
 
No hand carried documents will be accepted coming from the member. All transaction must be submitted through TOPS.
 
Receipts
 
All Navy personnel under Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders to Bahrain must report to PSD Bahrain’s Receipts Section within 48 hours of arrival.
 
Electronic Service Record/Educational Services Office
 
PSD Bahrain's Electronic Service Record (ESR) Maintenance Section provides the following services: NSIPS service record entries and updates, which includes awards, training, courses and PQS submission.
PSD Bahrain's Educational Services Office provides the following services: Navy-wide advancement examination and Enlisted Classification Testing Programs.
