HENDERSON HALL MARINES:

Uniformed Members and their voting age dependants are authorized to vote absentee under the Uniformed & Overseas Citizen's Absentee Voting Act.

Since we are less than 30 days from election day, it is highly recommended that you vote using the FWAB, which will allow you to write-in your vote. Some states allow you to use the FWAB to register to vote and some don't. In cases where your state does not, use the FPCA to register to vote and send it in along with your FWAB. To find out your specific state's requirements, be sure to download the Voting Assistance Guide. This guide has each state listed in alphabetical order and lists each state specific requirement as well as instructions for filling out the FPCA and FWAB.

You can also obtain quick reference guides to assist with filling out the FPCA and FWAB at the FWAB link above in the "related links" box.

For VA commuters, they can register to vote absentee. They can vote absentee in one of two ways; early in-person voting or by mail-in ballot.

On the Henderson Hall portion of JBM-HH the Battalion Adjutant Section can provide assistance with registering to vote. We also have a copy of the Voting Assistance Guide, FPCA's, FWAB's and the quick reference guides.

If you require any additional assistance, please contact the Adjutant Section at Bldg. 29, Room 200 at Henderson Hall or call 703-693-7222.
