These classes consist of information on resources, benefits, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The goal of AFTB is to improve overall personal growth by promoting personal and Family Readiness, to assist Soldiers and Family Members in adapting to change, to help Families become self-reliant and informed, and to assist in developing professional skills.

Classes include:

  • Level I - 10 courses which provide basic information about the Army
  • Level II - 14 courses that focus on leadership skills and interpersonal relationships
