Environmental Support
The Environmental Division manages the Environmental Protection Programs, including soil, water and air conservation and protection; fish and wildlife programs; hazardous waste control; and recycling programs. The Environmental Division ensures that the station is in compliance with all federal and state environmental protection laws and regulations by implementing mandated policies and programs.
They also train and ensure that personnel are available for the emergency Spill Response Teams.
Public Works Transportation Branch manages the vehicular transportation fleet and services including operation and maintenance of both government owned and GSA leased vehicles and equipment.
Transportation also maintains all weight handling equipment, emergency generators, unpaved roads, and the target at the bombing range. They also train and license motor vehicle and equipment operators.
