      Stayed here with my elderly parents the nights of the 8th, 9th, 10th. Night of the 10th alarm went off twice. Elderly parents not given any assistance in or out of their room. Same evening bartender was very rude and brought us our bill in her mouth! Bathrooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there. I asked when we checked out to comp the last night on our two rooms. Manager busy. Was told I'd be contacted. No contact. My credit card was the one used to secure our reservations. Upon check-in my dad presented his card for the room payment. Today I notice my card has been charged for the stay. I call. Am told I'll get a call back in a few minutes. No call. I call again. Am told I'll get a call back. That was about eight hours ago. I'm frustrated and not happy about the lack of concern over the alarm situation and particularly the lack of concern over my parent's welfare. I am concerned that my bathroom was never cleaned the entire time I stayed there, the bartender with the bill in her mouth. And to top it all off, the last night we were there a very gross drunk guy in the bar was hitting on my sister and my niece. When we complained to the front desk we got a shrug. So we left and he got to stay in the bar...how creepy is that?

      Thanks for crediting last night's stay due to the fire alarms and evacuation at 130a and fire alarms at 330a today. I am an experienced traveler and happy to report the rules of school fire drills transitioned easily as the guests poured into the street without panic and confusion. Manager Dan quickly re-issued room keys and staff member Bill assisted the handicapped and elderly with particular kindness ... Job Well Done

    In case of power outages in the area, we will keep our facebook page up to date with availability for anyone in Annapolis, Maryland who needs a room. Last storm all of our phone lines rang solidly for 8 hours, so apologies in advance if we dont manage to get to all of those! Be safe.

    So proud of my team yesterday, they did a great job of our first Afternoon Tea event, Chef Damon has learned to make great shortbread and awesome scones. We were all very humbled to serve 120 breast cancer survivors, thank you for allowing us the opportunity.
