Hours of Operation
Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, and Friday 0730 - 1600.
Wednesdays 1000 - 1600 to facilitate quarters and training.
NAVPTO accepts Official Passport applications NO LATER than 1500.
CAC/ID Card Office Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 0730-1530.
PSD and CAC/ID Card offices are located at the Moanalua Service Center on 4827 Bougainville Drive. Our NAVPTO is also located at the Moanalua Service Center on the 2nd floor.
