NATO Secretary General To Visit Turkey 15 November 2002 The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will be visiting Turkey on 15 November 2002. He will deliver speeches to the Turkish War Academy as well as to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. On this occasion, Lord Robertson will also meet with the President of Turkey, H.E.
