Commemorative ceremony
to be held at NATO Headquarters
on Wednesday, 11 September 2002

A tribute will be paid to the victims of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington at a commemorative ceremony which will take place at NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 11 September 2002. Staff members of NATO Delegations, the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council missions, Liaison Offices, Mediterranean Dialogue countries, as well as the International Staff and the International Military Staff will attend the ceremony.

Coverage and Programme

Media coverage is strictly limited to the ceremony.

13:30 NATO Site entrance is closed. Media representatives who wish to cover thecommemorative ceremony will not be admitted onto the site after 13:30.

Accreditation

Media representatives will be accredited at the NATO Site entrance on presentation of a valid press card.

Parking

Media representatives will be allowed to park their vehicle on the "East" Parking lot, just outside the NATO Site entrance.
