NATO Secretary General to visit France NATO Secretary General Dr. Javier Solana will visit France on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 December 1997. During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with President Jacques Chirac and the Minister for Defence, Mr. Alain Richard.
