NATO Secretary General To Visit Canada The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana will pay a visit to Canada on Thursday 10 April and Friday 11 April. He will meet the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honorable Lloyd Axworthy, and the Minister of Defence, the Honorable Douglas Young, Members of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade and on National Defence and Veterans Affairs and other senior officials.
