Visit by the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Saparmurat Niyazov, to NATO on 23 February INFORMATION The President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Saparmurat Niyazov, will visit NATO Headquarters on Monday, 23 February, to meet the Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana. The visit will begin at 18:30. President Niyazov's departure is expected at around 19:30. MEDIA ADVISORY PROGRAMME OF THE VISIT 18:30 NATO main entrance. Arrival of President Niyazov. Open coverage. Immediately followed by meeting with Secretary General in the Private Office. In view of the limited space available, only a restricted pool will be authorized to cover the beginning of the meeting.
