Port Operations and Security Division

Base Seattle

The Port Operations & Security Division is primarily responsible for providing logistics support to Coast Guard Cutters while moored at Base Seattle. The Port Operations & Security Division Officer serves as Base Seattle's Command Security Officer (CSO). The Port Operations & Security Division Chief also fills the Chief Master-at-Arms role and is responsible for maintaining good order and discipline on board Base Seattle including tenant commands, visitors, contractors, and visiting commands. Additional responsibilities include:

Oversight for Contract Security Guard Service
Shuttle Van Services
Watch Section Coordination
Crane services
Base Access including CAC card reader access and vehicle decals
