The Servicing Personnel Office is responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data records as well as investigating and resolving pay issues for Base Seattle, Pacific Area (PACAREA) Cutters home-ported in Seattle, Electronics Support Unit (ESU) Seattle, Naval Engineering Support Unit (NESU) Seattle, Port Security Unit 313, Marine Safety and Security Team (MSST) 91101, and all Western Region Recruiters.
