Mortgage Servicing Settlement in Kentucky

Is your mortgage currently serviced by one of the banks below? Was your mortgaged serviced by one of them in the past? If so, you may qualify for assistance from a $25 billion agreement reached in February 2012 between the federal government and state Attorneys General and these mortgage companies.

Kentucky's Attorney General, Jack Conway, was among those that reached an agreement and Kentucky was awarded $58.75 million. On July 30, 2012, Attorney General Conway further announced how $19.2 million of Kentucky's settlement would be allocated to assist citizens and communities. Find out more.

A website has been established to provide consumers with information about the settlement at www.NationalMortgageSettlement.com. Banks will also be directly contacting consumers who qualify for payments or assistance. If you have questions, you may call:
