      This is a concern of myself and I am sure of many others who are living in Indianapolis, In. Why?????? is Indianapolis section 8 program still making voucher holders here pay more rent than other parts of Indiana and the country is paying.??????? Yet we are being held hostage here because of new guidelines and amounts are preventing portability. You are making good people pay for the mistakes of others and it is not fair or right.
