Some medications used in these treatments have been...linked to 35 cases of fungal meningitis, including five deaths, across the United States.See More
Any beneficiaries who have had an injection since July 1, 2012 or who are experiencing any of the symptoms of fungal meningitis:
• Worsening headache
• Fever
• Sensitivity to light
• Stiff neck
• New weakness or numbness in any part of your body
• Slurred speech

Beneficiaries can start receiving annual mammograms beginning at age 40 and at a doctor’s discretion for women younger than 40 who have a higher risk of developing breast cancer.
