  • Quarterly sales by price and financing are released with the New Residential Sales release for March, June, September, and December suvey months.
  • Seasonally adjusted estimates of housing units sold and for sale are revised in the April New Residential Sales press release (released in May).
  • Analysis of Revisons for New Home Sales estimates are released in the January and July survey months.
  • Annual Characteristics for houses sold for the previous year are released on the first workday (excluding weekends and holidays) of June the following year.
