Base Realignment and Closure 2005 (BRAC) and AFRL

BRAC provides the means to enhance mission effectiveness as AFRL consolidates some organizations within state-of-the-art facilities.  AFRL/RH (Human Effectiveness) and 311th Human Systems Wing missions recently consolidated as the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio and Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.

The following lists include procurements currently on contract with the 711th HPW.  It is being shown to exemplify the type of contracted efforts conducted by HPW.  It does not constitute an estimate or a forecast by the Air Force of future HPW opportunities or follow-on activities.  The Air Force is in the process of developing planning information for future HPW workload.
